Have only been here once. Had the Verde Burger. The burger itself was good but the bread was a bit weak to hold it all together.
Also, a burger & fries was about $12. Yes, that compares with what other places are charging but I think that is a bit much.
I did like that it was not super crowded / busy.
Am probably going to give it a couple of more tries before I add it to my list of burger places.
I first began talking about Austin Restaurants back in the days of News Groups on austin.food. Later I had a web page and even later I started blogging at my “Living in Austin” blog and also added a Facebook Page. But now that I am moving, or trying to move, over to a more central blog at manzoorulhassan.wordpress.com, I am trying to add all the new restaurants in here and slowly, over time, maybe copy / move over the old entries from all the different places to over here.
Also, even though this says “Austin Restaurants”, this is really where I put all the restaurants that are in the broader Central Texas area. An area, to me, that includes:
- West Lake / Bee Caves
- Round Rock
- Cedar Park
A more or less complete list:
- A+A Sichuan China – Chinese, $+, North (183 & Jollyville)
- Cafe Java – Cafe, Breakfast, Lunch, $, North (Braker & Lamplight Village)
